Nutrient Tracker Tool
- Enter each food item from your 3-day Food Record. Try to be as specific as possible.
- Enter a brand name, if possible.
- Be sure to include all condiments, sauces, and beverages.
- Beverages that are not water should be entered as food items.
- Enter your water intake for the entire day in the Water field.
- Then, choose Submit to populate the nutrient totals.
- Choose Reset to clear the form for the next food item.
- Use the Print option in your internet browser to download your results as a PDF file.
